Embroidery Central setup costs start from £2.99 for additional printed text to £9.99 for additional embroidered logos. All new customised orders placed with Embroidery Central will generate a visual proof of the garment prior to production, at this stage customers will need to approve (or amend if required) the visual representation of the garment.
Embroidery is the most popular way to brand garments. It’s perfect for logos positioned in the standard left chest area. We specialise in producing extremely high quality embroidery. Our process begins with the digitisation of your logo (converting it into stiches). It ends when being sewn into garments using the finest machinery and threads that are available today.
Our customised embroidered clothing adds a high quality, high value finish to any garment, as well as having the advantages of no minimum order numbers. However, set up is FREE when ordering five or more of any garment. All prices on this website include a standard size embroidered logo and the embroidery will last the lifetime of the garment. As if that wasn’t enough, we can use up to 15 unique colours in each of our logo embroidery.
PLASTERSOL CAD PRINT
Plastersol CAD Print is second only to embroidery as a garment branding process. It produces high quality, lasting results and is suited to large back printing and is especially recommended for sportswear and workwear garments. PCP is great for low quantity orders that don’t reach screen-printing volume thresholds. You’ll find that PCP gives the same effect as screen printing though and it also carries its long lasting characteristics.
You can choose this method of decoration for your free logo if desired. PCP print is used by lots of major high street brands and can be seen on the shelves of most clothing stores. Plastersol CAD Print allows logos of up to 6 colours.
SPECIAL EFFECTS PRINTING
From reflective to rhinestone printing and everything in between, including: sparkle; glitter; glow in the dark; old school flock and even carbon fibre graphics printed to your garments. We have just about everything you can imagine for special effect printing, so if you want to stand out from the crowd or simply like a bit of bling, we can help.
With monogramming, we can add individual names, nicknames, initials and/or numbers to your garments. The methods used for this are – embroidery, PCP print or special effects printing. We have found that many clubs and societies, along with schools and colleges, particularly like the idea and practicality of having each garment personalised to its wearer. There’s no minimum order for this service and for higher quantity orders we offer this service free of charge.
Quite simply, digital transfers are full colour transfers of photographs and highly complex full colour graphics printed to your garments. We don’t recommend these for workwear or clothing that is going to be worn and washed repeatedly. The process produces fantastic results but the print can begin to break down after around 40 washes. This makes digital transfers great for promotional events and promotional items. There’s no minimum order number, however, a set-up cost can apply dependant on the quality of your artwork. We use our latest technology Versacamm machine for our digital transfers service.
Screen printing has been around for many years and is a proven robust method of garment decoration. Screen print is used by most major brands such as Nike, Adidas and Puma to name but a few. Due to the preparation process involved in screen printing, our minimum order for screen printed items is 20. Screen printing is very popular for clubs and businesses requiring high volumes at a low cost and has the flexibility of printing logos using up to 6 colours.
Samples of all our products are available. Due to the high cost of administration, samples are charged in full but can either be used in a future order or be returned with a 30% restock charge
